Role Overview:The Sales Growth Manager will lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive revenue growth for our magazine by building strong client relationships and ensuring effective execution of the sales strategy. This role is critical for achieving monthly revenue targets through a motivated, high-performing sales team.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership & Mentorship:- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives daily.- Conduct daily STOP meetings to review performance, set targets, and resolve issues.- Identify skill gaps and arrange training or guidance to enhance sales effectiveness.2. Performance Management:- Set weekly/monthly revenue and activity targets.- Track and analyze metrics like leads generated, conversions, follow-ups, and closures.- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.3. Sales Strategy Execution:- Implement and monitor sales strategies for different advertiser segments (micro-businesses and corporate brands).- Ensure fair distribution of leads and responsibilities among the team.4. Client Relationship Management:- Support executives in managing key accounts and closing strategic deals.- Intervene in high-value client interactions to drive conversions and ensure satisfaction.- Maintain high standards in client servicing and after-sales support.5. Reporting & Analysis:- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure daily updates by the team.- Share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.- Forecast sales trends based on feedback and campaign outcomes.6. Process Management:- Standardize sales processes for pitching, follow-ups, objection handling, and reporting.- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and proper documentation.- Streamline internal communication with departments like content and design for ad creatives.7. Planning and Development:- Create and implement a PRE (Plan, Review, Execute) plan for the team's development.Key Performance Metrics:- Revenue generated by the sales team.- Improvement in sales conversion rates and average ticket size.- Conducting timely performance reviews and maintaining sales processes.- Creating and implementing individual development plans for sales executives.Desired Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in media, publishing, or advertising.- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven reporting.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
