? 0-2 years of relevant experience in community psychology, training or mental health.
? Comfortable working in large groups
? Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
? Employment on a one year renewable contractual basis.

? Ability to engage in hectic travel and still deliver relevant outputs
? Own vehicle is required (bike or any two wheeler)

? Counseling & Therapeutic Skills: Strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in various counseling techniques.

? Training & Mentorship: Ability to train and mentor CWWs, as outlined in your document.

Roles and Responsibilities of the on-ground team:
? Training of the CWWs for session taking
? Submit appreciation letters to principals
? Workbook distribution - get letter signed + upload to drive
? Ensure smooth operations - escalate any issues to the Wysa Operations Lead.
? Upload receipt of workbook onto drive
