The Role
This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career and will give exposure to brand and community building, partnerships, ecosystem growth and international markets. You will work closely with our founder and senior leaders and play an active role in growing a premium, global network.
What You Will Do
Drive paid member growth for LeadHER Astra & Lumena
Build and manage our online communities using social and community platforms
Identify, build and manage B2B partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
Building engagement on various social media platforms and at in-person events.
Building engagement amongst members, mentors, advisors and investors.
Engaging in online conversations with prospective and existing clients about our topics in our industry, products, and brand.
Planning and hosting panel discussions, roundtables and other online events on industry topics.
Planning and leading offline events
Work closely with Brand & Marketing to support campaigns and outreach
Your Core Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using social media and online community tools
Proactive, organised, and keen to take ownership
Naturally people-oriented and relationship-driven
Curious learner with interest in startups, business, or women-led ecosystems
