Role Overview
We are looking for a
Community Partnerships & Growth Executive
to lead on-ground outreach, institutional partnerships, and community engagement for Deep Horizon.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, public interaction, workshops, and building long-term relationships. You will be the face of Deep Horizon in schools, colleges, offices, and public spaces -- helping communities understand and adopt modern safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional & Community Partnerships
Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, hostels, PGs, and corporate offices to introduce Deep Horizon as a safety partner
Build and manage partnerships for student, parent, and employee safety subscriptions
Work with administrators, principals, HR teams, and community leaders to close bulk or group subscriptions
Coordinate MoUs, pilots, and long-term engagement plans
2. Workshops, Roadshows & On-Ground Activations
Conduct safety awareness workshops (women safety, student safety, night-shift safety)
Organize and execute roadshows, pop-up kiosks, and demo booths at malls, campuses, events, airports, and stations
Demonstrate Deep Horizon app features (SOS, tracking, video monitoring, check-ins, bodyguard booking)
Drive on-the-spot app installs and onboarding
3. Corporate & B2B Outreach
Approach corporates for employee safety programs, especially night-shift organizations
Pitch Deep Horizon as a corporate safety and compliance solution
Generate and qualify B2B leads for the core team
4. Community Growth & Advocacy
Identify and onboard student ambassadors and community safety champions
Build referral programs within campuses and residential communities
Maintain long-term engagement with partner institutions
5. Market Feedback & Insights
Collect feedback from users, parents, institutions, and partners
Share on-ground insights on objections, pricing sensitivity, and feature clarity
Support product and marketing teams with real-world inputs
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort with on-ground field work and public speaking
Ability to explain technology in simple, relatable language
Confidence in interacting with students, parents, administrators, and corporate stakeholders
Preferred Backgrounds
Background in management, marketing, social work, mass communication or similar
Field sales / partnerships (EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, NGO, Community Outreach)
Campus relationship or student engagement roles
