About the role

Community Management:

Act as a local partner to aggregate demand within your residential area or housing society.

Customer Experience Management:

Work with the founders to create an unforgettable customer experience.

Customer Relationship:

Act as the local point of contact for customer queries, quality issues, and order updates.

Campaign Management:

Work with the Growth Team to create campaigns/ messages that convert thereby increasing the business viability of the location.

Job Requirements

Network/Influence:

Ability to connect with residents in their neighborhood

Preferred Group:

Women who have some time at hand and want to build something meaningful (that scales)

Time Commitment:

an average of 2-4 hours per day.

Tech & Mobility:

Mobile with decent internet connectivity and ability to update information on excel (or similar sheets)

Previous Experience:

Prior experience or knowledge of Digital Marketing/ Branding/ Communication/ Customer Experience roles will be a big advantage (though not mandatory)

Compensation and Benefits

Earnings:

You could earn over 5 lakh per year, depending on volume and locality.

Flexibility:

Flexible working hours within a, usually, 2-4 hour window for delivery.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
