We are hiring a Community Outreach Executive to manage community engagement, coordinate events, handle communication, and build partnerships. The candidate should have experience in outreach or event management and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, partners, and community groups.
Execute outreach activities and respond to stakeholder queries.
Plan and manage hackathons, conferences, workshops, and webinars.
Coordinate vendor management, logistics, registrations, and event execution.
Support leadership with scheduling, agendas, and communication follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing teams for posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
Track engagement metrics and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in outreach, events, or communication.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preference for candidates with EdTech experience.
Must be able to join immediately.
