Identify and engage with local communities to promote skill development programs.
Conduct awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach activities to encourage enrolment.
Build trust and maintain relationships with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders.
Candidate Identification & Enrolment:
Identify potential candidates from target groups (youth, women, marginalized sections).
Facilitate pre-screening and initial guidance for prospective trainees.
Coordinate enrolment and ensure timely registration of candidates in programs.
Coordination with Training Centre Team:
Act as a bridge between the community and training centres.
Ensure that trainees attend classes regularly and are informed about schedules, curriculum, and program benefits.
Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of community engagement, enrolment, and attendance.
Prepare periodic reports on mobilization and enrollment progress for program managers.
Awareness & Counseling:
Counsel candidates and families on career opportunities, program benefits, and skill development outcomes.
Provide guidance on personal and professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with local government, NGOs, and corporate partners to strengthen outreach efforts.
Participate in community events to represent the skill development program.
Follow-up & Support:
Monitor trainees' progress and provide support to overcome challenges in participation or retention.
Collect feedback from participants and communities to improve program delivery.
Promoting Placement Opportunities:
Inform trainees about placement drives, internships, and job opportunities.
Assist in connecting trainees with placement officers and employers.
