Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed candidate to mobilize Job seeking youth in and around Coimbatore. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about grassroots development, community engagement, and social change. You will help mobilize Jobseekers from the communities, support awareness campaigns, and assist in building relationships with local stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and facilitating community meetings, workshops, and outreach events. Build rapport with local community members and help identify key influencers and leaders. Manage and organize students data Conducting mentor sessions Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Should network with institutions and communities to mobilise students. Help maintain accurate records of activities and follow up as and when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

A degree preferably Social Work, Sociology Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Passionate about working with communities and creating social impact. Willingness to travel within local areas. Ability to speak Tamil
