Key Responsibilities1. Community Outreach & Mobilization
Conduct extensive field visits in villages, urban areas, and community clusters to identify potential candidates.
Organize awareness activities such as meetings, rallies, events, and door-to-door campaigns to promote training programs.
Mobilize youth to enroll in skill development courses and ensure consistent participation.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI), local influencers, NGOs, schools, ITIs, and community leaders.
Coordinate with government departments, industry partners, and placement agencies for program support.
3. Candidate Counselling
Provide information to youth and parents regarding course benefits, job opportunities, career progression, and placement support.
Screen interested candidates and support them during registration, documentation, and counselling processes.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain daily records of mobilization activities, community visits, enquiries, and enrolments.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and share feedback from the field to the project team.
5. Event Coordination
Support the team in organizing job fairs, career guidance sessions, mobilization camps, and community events.
6. Centre Support
Coordinate with trainers and center staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new candidates.
Follow up with absentee trainees to reduce dropouts and ensure retention.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
