Job Role: Community Mobilizer

Job Responsibilities:

Go into the community and be the

Key Influencer and

introduce the skilling programs for the youth and young adults in the skilling domain.

Give out information about the course, job opportunities after training and salary range.

Guide the youth and parents to make a positive decision to join the skilling program

Lend confidence to students and parents about placement after completion of training.

Must be able to convince students and parents and convert them into enrollments.

Achieve targeted student enrollments for all planned skilling programs.

Have a passion to interact with youth and help them in making a career choice.

Have curiosity, be data-centric and should be able to connect the dots, be humane, empathetic, anticipate the questions from the youth and parents.

Be sensitive to gender requirements when it comes to girl students to join skills program.

Should know tohandle technology and use mobile apps, online forms to collect data.

Have a can do attitude to achieve set goals and enrollment targets for all planned batches.

Should have mobilized students for all government and CSR skilling programs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
