Job Description

Organizing mobilization drives and being in leadership role work in the respective locations. Ability to do mobilization via Data Calling. Have to mention daily data and do continuous follow-up with candidates. Should have the ability to conduct counselling in the field. Facilitate on boarding of the mobilized young women who fulfil the eligibility criteria and ensure that the documentary validation is in place. Engagement with young women to identify their aspirations, skill set and competence and facilitate the end-to-end journey. Full-time with occasional evening and weekend work required. Act as the lead worker in the first phase of young women's engagement with the STCI programme and ensure that they receive the full and proper offer during this time. Support and mentor young women to achieve skills training and mentoring. Engage and motivate young women positively at all times ensuring their positive engagement. Deliver a sharp focus on all-counselling contributing to successful placement, training and being able to sustain these for 6 months. Identify and respond to risks that could lead to Young women dropping out of the programme. Build strong and trusted relationships with young women from the start of their engagement with STCI. Work in communities to ensure the mobilization happens effectively and selection criteria are properly implemented. Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness of the programme. Act as a role model at all times demonstrating behavior that displays the characteristics youth should develop to be successful in their chosen field Any Other work as per requirement of the organization/project.
