Identify and engage persons with disabilities and underprivileged individuals in the target communities
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with community members
Conduct awareness sessions on available services, rights, and support programs
Assess the needs and challenges of beneficiaries through field visits and surveys
Refer individuals to relevant services (e.g., health care, education, vocational training, government schemes)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach, referrals, and follow-ups
Submit regular field reports and updates to supervisors or program managers
Coordinate with NGOs, local authorities, and service providers for better outreach and impact
Support advocacy efforts for inclusion and equal rights of persons with disabilities
Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns
Follow up with beneficiaries to ensure continued support and progress
Uphold principles of dignity, respect, and confidentiality when working with vulnerable populations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
