Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and field-driven Mobilizer to support our CSR training project at ECL Kajora location. The Mobilizer will play a key role in creating awareness about our skill development programs, enrolling eligible candidates, and maintaining coordination with community and Coal mine area across Durgapur and Asansol region.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits for mobilization and outreach activities. Identify and counsel suitable candidates for different skill training batches. Build relationships with local communities, panchayats, and industry contacts. Organize and participate in mobilization camps and awareness drives. Collect candidate data, maintain enrolment documentation, and daily reports. Support in candidate registration, batch formation and coordination with training team. Meet mobilization targets as per project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Graduate / HS (10+2) with strong communication skills. Experience in mobilization, field outreach or CSR projects preferred. Local area knowledge of Kajora, Durgapur, Asansol region is an advantage. Good convincing and counseling ability. Basic documentation and reporting skills.

Must have own two-wheeler (preferred for field travel).
