Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mobilizer at Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, located at

Bihar and UP location.

The Mobilizer will be responsible for:

Identifying and engaging potential beneficiaries Conducting outreach activities Organizing awareness programs Building relationships with community leaders Assisting with documentation Preparing regular progress reports Supporting beneficiaries in accessing services offered by the Trust

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in community outreach and engagement Ability to organize and conduct awareness programs Documentation and reporting skills Knowledge of local languages and culture Ability to work independently and in a team Passion for working with visually impaired, disabled, and underprivileged communities
