The Community Mobilizer plays a pivotal role in accelerating OrangeCross HomeHealth's growth in Visakhapatnam. This position focuses on building a strong pipeline of skilled clinical talent while simultaneously enhancing patient acquisition through strategic engagement with hospitals, doctors, and community stakeholders. The role demands proactive outreach, partnership building, and continuous mobilization to support the company's operational and service expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Mobilization & Recruitment Leadership
Drive end-to-end talent mobilization initiatives to recruit qualified clinical professionals, including Nurses and Home Health Aides, in alignment with business expansion goals.
Plan and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to ensure a steady flow of skilled candidates.
2. Institutional & Educational Partnerships
Develop and sustain strong relationships with nursing colleges, GDA training institutes, polytechnic centers, and vocational institutions.
Coordinate campus drives, internship tie-ups, and exclusive training-to-employment pipelines to enhance continuous talent supply.
3. Community Outreach & Engagement
Represent OrangeCross as a key ambassador within the community.
Collaborate with local influencers, NGOs, youth groups, and community leaders to promote career opportunities in home healthcare.
Drive awareness sessions and engagement activities to support candidate enrollment and retention.
4. Talent Pipeline & Database Management
Maintain an updated and organized candidate database, ensuring structured tracking of mobilization metrics and sourcing effectiveness.
Monitor recruitment trends and ensure talent availability meets organizational needs.
