WOTR is looking for a motivated person as Community Mobiliser.

Minimum 2- 3 years relevant field experience

Job profile/ Scope of Work

:

Will work in close collaboration particularly with the project team of WOTR Will assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring of the social component of WOTR. Will assist in the social mobilization and organizational aspects of project implementation. Will attend Gram Sabha (as per requirement) and conduct meetings of SHG's in common, SMS, VDC, checking SHG registers; update all the village level registers. Will conduct social and women related project level trainings. Linkage building between Govt. and line department for village development. To communicate all tools prepared by WOTR at village level and give proper information for better development. Will work in close collaboration with all the colleagues and the internal departments in your area of jurisdiction (concerned offices) and participate in all common tasks of the RRC. Will contribute towards developing WOTR's social database, documentation, training modules preparation as and when required and Report preparation Will submit monthly planner and reports to the Project Manager. Any other work assigned by the organisation.
