About the Role:



We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who loves connecting with people and has a strong eye for photography, videography, and social media storytelling. The role involves capturing authentic community stories, student journeys, and impactful moments from our skill centers and surrounding communities.

This is not about heavy filters or staged content -- we want

real, raw, and emotional captures

that highlight the true impact of our programs.

The ideal candidate should be social, empathetic, and skilled in both visual and written storytelling, with a flair for creating engaging Instagram content.

Key Responsibilities:



Capture authentic photographs and videos of students, classes, and community activities. Document student journeys and impactful stories from the community. Edit raw content into simple, engaging reels and social media posts. Write captions, stories, and short narratives to accompany visuals. Manage Instagram and assist in growing the center's digital presence. Work closely with students, trainers, and the community to build trust and bring out genuine stories. Ensure all content aligns with the organization's vision and values.

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must enjoy interacting with people). Good eye for photography & videography (basic editing and reel-making skills required). Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram focus). Creative writing ability to narrate community/student stories. Empathy, patience, and social awareness to work closely with diverse communities. Previous experience in photography, media, journalism, or community engagement is a plus.
