Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on creative communities, trends, and competitors
Explore and analyze platforms such as
ArtStation, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram
, etc.
Identify potential communities, creators, and collaboration opportunities
Assist in planning and executing community marketing initiatives
Support content ideas for community engagement and brand visibility
Track and report community growth, engagement, and insights
Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with creative platforms such as
ArtStation and Behance
Strong research and analytical skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online communities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communication, or related fields
Interest in design, animation, art, or creative industries
Prior internship or project experience in community management or marketing is a plus
