Role Overview
The Community & Guest Relations Manager is the primary point of contact for guests and plays a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences. This person will also spearhead community engagement initiatives, collaborate with local influencers, and manage VIP relationships -- ensuring every guest feels like a valued part of our family.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Relations & Experience
Greet and engage guests with a warm, professional, and approachable demeanor
Ensure all guests receive exceptional service from reservation to farewell
Handle special requests, complaints, or feedback with tact and resolution-oriented mindset
Maintain VIP guest profiles and preferences
Work closely with the floor team to ensure service excellence across every touchpoint
Community Engagement & Brand Building
Build and maintain relationships with regulars, influencers, artists, and community members
Organize and host special events, tastings, collaborations, and invite-only evenings
Leverage social media presence by coordinating with the marketing team for community-driven campaigns
Identify local partnerships and activations to boost brand visibility and engagement
Operations & Coordination
Maintain guest feedback logs and report insights to management
Collaborate with reservations, service staff, and marketing to ensure seamless operations
Support loyalty programs, guest follow-ups, and personalized service initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, PR, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar guest-facing role in luxury hospitality or fine dining
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and event planning abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and reservation platforms (e.g., Petpooja, Zomato Book, or SevenRooms)
High emotional intelligence and a calm, solution-focused demeanor under pressure
