Job Description

Running the day-to-day operations of the workspace center, including managing revenue and P&L, and ensuring adherence to standard protocols*

Community Building: Building and expanding the community by creating a collaborative environment, organizing events, and fostering hyper local alliances and partnerships*

Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery through maximum renewals, maintaining above-target CSAT scores, and fostering brand ambassadorship.*

Training and Development: Providing guided practice and coaching to subordinates and facility teams, while also focusing on personal development and readiness for future leadership roles.*

Vendor Management: Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay processes*

Facilities Management: Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the center.*

Financial Management: Ensuring compliance with Challan, Invoices & Payment as per the process.*

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, clients, and vendors.*

Event Planning and Execution: Organizing and executing eventsto foster community engagement and networking.*

Inventory Management*

Audit and costs management*

Local Area Marketing*

F & B Planning & Execution*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
