Job Summary



We are looking for a

Customer Success Executive

on behalf of our client, to handle premium clients and key business accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and prior experience managing high-net-worth individuals in sectors like hospitality, coworking (e.g., WeWork and other such co-working spaces).

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and manage relationships with business owners and key stakeholders Ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience Address concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations Maintain accurate client records and communication logs

Candidate Requirements



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Background in hospitality or coworking environments preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Candidates residing within 5 km of Kondapur preferred

Working Hours



Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

2nd and 4th Saturdays off Occasional travel may be required
