Job Description

We are looking for a

Community Manager/Customer Success Manager

on behalf of our client, to handle premium clients and key business accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and prior experience managing high-net-worth individuals in sectors like hospitality, coworking (e.g., WeWork), or banking.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and manage relationships with business owners and key stakeholders Ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience Address concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations Maintain accurate client records and communication logs

Candidate Requirements



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Background in hospitality, banking, or coworking environments preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Candidates residing within 5 km of Kondapur preferred

Working Hours



Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

2nd and 4th Saturdays off Occasional travel may be required
