We're now looking for a Community Manager to bring together our growing community--both online and offline--through engagement, connection, and inspiration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture online communities across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Coordinate student engagement across our online school portals and groups.
Organize offline events at Sangha Nova, such as community meetups, workshops, and retreats.
Create and distribute weekly newsletters and updates about events, teachers, and success stories.
Facilitate peer-to-peer learning by organizing student-led teaching sessions and community classes.
Respond to student and community inquiries in a warm, professional, and inspiring manner.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align communication and community initiatives.
Track engagement metrics and report on community health and growth.
Requirements
Based in Rishikesh/Tapovan (or willing to relocate).
Full-time availability and willingness to work in-person.
Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi is a plus.
Proven experience managing communities or social media for a brand or organization.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for yoga, wellness, and personal growth.
Tech-savvy (comfortable using Facebook Groups, Instagram, email newsletters, and online learning platforms).
Preferred
Background in yoga, Ayurveda, or wellness industries.
Experience organizing community events or educational workshops.
Comfortable speaking on camera for community updates or live sessions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
