I'm a founder building AI-first systems & products. I already have a content automation system running - now I need someone who can run it consistently, engage with the community, and convert attention into meaningful relationships and leads.

Key Responsibilities

Posting Content (Accountability + Execution)

Run my content automation system daily ? posts must go live on LinkedIn, Twitter, IG, newsletter, blog. Keep me accountable to drop raw inputs (voice notes, ideas) ? follow up if I haven't. Track metrics (reach, engagement, top posts) and give weekly feedback.

Community Building & Engagement

Reply to all comments and DM. Start conversations with 20-30 relevant audience. Add warm contacts into CRM or simple Notion tracker. Build a lightweight community hub (WhatsApp/Slack/LinkedIn) and keep it alive.

Profile Needed

Strong communicator, can hold founder-level conversations. Obsessed with systems & reliability - will not let posting slip. Extroverted, relationship-driven, comfortable with DMs and community building. Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, and analytics.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
