Welcome visitors, give tours of the workspace, and explain membership options to potential clients.
Handle inquiries, bookings, and client onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members to foster a positive community experience.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Organize community events, workshops, and networking activities.
Monitor space utilization and support management in driving occupancy and retention.
Maintain records of memberships, payments, and client interactions.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and workplace policies.
Requirements:
Prior experience in management, hospitality, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
