Hiring a Community Manager for a Co working Space
Location: Panjim
Key Responsibilities:
Community Building & Engagement:
Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs to deliver personalised support.
Partner with local businesses and organisations to enhance community offerings and engagement.
Sales & Revenue Management:
Drive sales efforts, including upselling and new member acquisition, to meet or exceed
revenue targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Manage renewals and collections efficiently, ensuring timely payments and high retention rates.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or event spaces to members.
Operations & Vendor Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the space, ensuring it remains professional, clean, and
inspiring.
Customer Satisfaction
Serve as a brand ambassador for the workspace by delivering exceptional customer service.
Drive client retention by maintaining a high level of member satisfaction through proactive engagement and quick resolution of concerns.
Regularly collect feedback to identify areas of improvement in services and member
experience.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in hospitality sales or co-working space management.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an extroverted and approachable personality.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a customer-first mindset.
