Key Responsibilities
Engage with Motorcycle Clubs
Initiate conversations and establish strong connections with motorcycle clubs.
Actively participate in their activities, rides, and events to represent ViaTerra.
Community Engagement Activities
Plan and execute community-focused initiatives such as meet-ups, workshops, and rides.
Represent ViaTerra at events and motorcycle gatherings.
Build an Advocate/Affiliate Network
Identify and maintain a database of riders/influencers who align with ViaTerra's brand values and have the potential to become brand advocates/affiliates.
Onboard brand advocates/affiliates and manage relationships to enhance ViaTerra's presence in the community.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with advocates, affiliates, and motorcycle dealers across the country.
Ensure consistent communication and engagement with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Passion for motorcycles and the riding community.
Experience in community management, event execution, or customer engagement (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel and actively participate in community events.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
