As the

Community Manager

, you'll be the face and heartbeat of Divine Co-Working. This leadership role combines

operations management, community engagement, marketing, and client relations

into one dynamic position.

You'll ensure that our members have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in, foster a sense of belonging among the community, and take ownership of driving growth and operational excellence at the space.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



Community Engagement & Experience



Build, nurture, and engage a thriving community of members. Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking sessions that add value to members. Act as the first point of contact for all members addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction. Cultivate meaningful relationships that foster collaboration and referrals. Gather member feedback and continuously improve community experiences.

Operations Management



Oversee daily operations of the coworking space including check-ins, facility maintenance, and security. Manage front-desk activities member onboarding, registration, visitor management, and mail handling. Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle invoicing, billing, rent collections, and petty cash management. Coordinate with vendors, facility partners, and service providers for uninterrupted operations.

Sales, Marketing & Business Growth



Collaborate on marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones. Manage Divine Co-Workings social media pages with engaging, creative, and authentic content. Assist in lead generation through events, referrals, and digital platforms. Conduct tours for prospective clients and convert leads into members. Represent Divine Co-Working at networking events, collaborations, and partnerships.

Leadership & Administration



Supervise front office and support staff, ensuring professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate data, records, and reports related to operations and member engagement. Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries and present insights to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field

. MBA or prior management experience is a plus. 02 years of experience in

community management, coworking, events, or hospitality

. Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

. Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills. Proficiency in

MS Office, Excel, CRM tools, and social media platforms

. Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Confident, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently.
