We're looking for a Community Manager to be the face and heart of Alloy, someone who thrives on people, culture, and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, curate events / workshops, and foster collaboration.
Member Experience: Manage onboarding, resolve queries, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Space & Operations: Oversee the workspace environment, ensuring it's functional, inspiring, and aligned with Alloy's vision.
Culture & Brand: Represent Alloy's values, share community stories, and partner with the team to elevate member experience.
Who You Are:
A people-person with excellent communication skills.
Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented.
Experienced in hospitality, events, customer success, or co-working (preferred).
Energetic, creative, and passionate about building communities.
