About the Role

We are looking for a

dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial Community Manager

to lead the student & founder community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in building connections, managing high-energy events, and creating engaging content strategies that inspire Gen Z and early-stage entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities Community Building & Engagement

Build and grow a vibrant community of

students, founders, and mentors

. Create engagement strategies: Ambassador Programs, online forums, WhatsApp/Discord groups. Foster meaningful connections between students, startups, and investors. Identify top talent and founders from the community and highlight their success stories.

Events & Experiences

Plan & execute

offline and online events

: workshops, hackathons, startup networking sessions. Curate panel discussions, pitch days, and demo days to connect startups with industry experts. Ensure all events are

interactive, Gen Z-friendly, and high-energy

. Track event impact & feedback for continuous improvement.

Content & Branding

Create and manage strategy for

social media, reels, and short-form content

. Draft and design

brochures, presentations, and pitch decks (PPTs)

for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, storytelling, and student success features. Work closely with design/video teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Strategic Initiatives

Drive collaborations with colleges, incubators, and startup networks. Work with founders to position Kuberans Startup School as

India's leading entrepreneurship hub

. Experiment with innovative formats (podcasts, campus tours, startup showcases). Develop dashboards to track

community growth, engagement, and ROI

.

Desired Skills & Qualities

Strong

communication & presentation (PPT) skills

. Event planning & execution experience. Social media savvy with a pulse on Gen Z trends. Problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset. Creative thinker who can turn ideas into campaigns. Prior experience in

EdTech, Startup Ecosystem, or Community Management

is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
