We are looking for a Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow engaged online communities for the Intuition Process, with a strong focus on parents. These communities play a key role in building trust, supporting informed decision-making, and driving program participation. The role requires a balance of warmth, structure, and execution discipline to ensure communities remain active, safe, and value-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage multiple online communities, primarily on WhatsApp, including parent, city-based, and program-specific groups.
Set up community guidelines, onboarding messages, and engagement plans for new groups.
Own and execute the community content calendar aligned with campaigns, webinars, workshops, and launches.
Plan and post a balanced mix of educational content, interactive prompts, experiential activities, and gentle program CTAs.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and operations teams to ensure timely, brand-aligned content delivery.
Manage daily engagement by responding to queries, encouraging participation, and moderating conversations to maintain relevance and trust.
Escalate program, registration, or support-related queries to the appropriate teams.
Drive sustained engagement, revive low-activity groups, and support member movement into relevant programs or events.
Capture insights, feedback, and sentiment from communities and share learnings with marketing, content, and program teams.
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in community management, social engagement, or audience-focused roles.
Strong written communication skills with high empathy, especially when engaging with parents.
Excellent planning, coordination, and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working with content calendars and cross-functional teams.
Interest in education, wellbeing, or personal development is a strong advantage.
