Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Community Manager

with 3+ years of experience to lead our community engagement efforts. You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing our online and offline communities, fostering brand loyalty, and acting as the bridge between our audience and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, relationship-builder, and passionate about creating meaningful engagement experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Community Engagement & Growth

Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the community across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups). Facilitate conversations, respond to queries, and maintain a positive, welcoming community tone. Identify and empower brand advocates and community ambassadors.

Content & Communication

Collaborate with content and marketing teams to plan and publish community-centric content (polls, AMAs, contests, updates). Draft newsletters, announcements, and community updates.

Events & Activations

Plan and manage online/offline community events, webinars, meetups, and AMAs. Drive attendance and engagement for community-focused initiatives.

Feedback Loop

Act as the voice of the community internally--gather feedback, share insights with product, marketing, and leadership teams. Monitor sentiment and trends to improve community health and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs such as engagement rate, community growth, retention, NPS, etc. Prepare monthly community performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements:



3+ years of proven experience in community management or a similar role. Strong understanding of online community platforms and tools (e.g., Telegram, Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly empathetic, people-centric, and proactive in resolving conflicts or issues. Comfortable hosting or speaking in online events and webinars. Experience working with startups, D2C brands, or SaaS companies is a plus. Language - Malayalam
