We are seeking a dynamic and engaging
Community Manager
to build, nurture, and grow our online and offline communities. You will be the face and voice of the brand, responsible for interacting with our audience, fostering engagement, and creating a positive environment across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies
Manage and moderate social media channels, forums, and groups
Respond to community queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Organize and host community events (virtual or physical)
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to amplify brand presence
Monitor community sentiment and prepare regular reports with insights and suggestions
Identify brand advocates and nurture ambassador programs
Stay updated on trends and best practices in community management
Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.)
Creative thinking with an ability to drive engagement
Basic design or content creation skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, basic video editing)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
