Responsibilities:



Own and moderate FYERS community presence across Reddit, forums, and X (Twitter), ensuring high signal-to-noise and healthy discourse. Design, document, and enforce community rules, moderation policies, and escalation workflows that scale with growth. Act as a trusted peer within the community--participating in discussions, clarifying misinformation, and guiding conversations without sounding like a brand mouthpiece. Handle contentious threads, edge cases, and high-emotion situations during volatile market events with calm, consistency, and fairness. Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely responses to community concerns. Identify recurring themes, pain points, and feature requests from community discussions and feed structured insights back to internal teams. Set up and manage moderation tooling (flairs, pinned posts, automod-style rules, mega threads, reporting workflows). Help scale community norms, volunteer moderators (where applicable), and best practices across future platforms.







Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience managing online communities in capital markets, trading, fintech, or adjacent domains. Deep familiarity with Reddit, Stack Overflow-style platforms, wikis, and X (Twitter) as a power user--not just a brand manager. Strong moderation experience, including rule-setting, conflict resolution, and handling misinformation and spam at scale. Clear understanding of trader psychology, market sentiment, and how discussions shift during high-volatility events. Ability to balance openness with governance--enforcing rules without destroying genuine discussion. Strong written communication skills with a bias toward clarity, precision, and context. Comfort working with cross-functional teams, especially product, support, and compliance.
