We're looking for an energetic, people-driven

Community Manager

who can be the heartbeat of our creative ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an extrovert who thrives on connecting people, curating memorable experiences, and managing vibrant spaces that inspire creativity and collaboration.

You'll be responsible for managing and hosting events such as open mics, experience sessions, and podcast recordings -- ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand's spirit of storytelling, creativity, and community.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:



Event Management:

Plan, organize, and host events, open mics, and community experience sessions from ideation to execution.

Podcast & Guest Coordination:

Manage podcast guest lists, outreach, and scheduling; assist in pre-production logistics and post-show coordination.

Studio & Space Management:

Oversee day-to-day studio operations, bookings, cleanliness, equipment tracking, and upkeep of creative spaces.

Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with artists, creators, and audience members; create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Marketing & Communication:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and community stories through social media, newsletters, and offline campaigns.

Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain progress reports for projects, track equipment usage, event outcomes, and maintain inventory of marketing materials and resources.

Creative Input:

Contribute ideas for improving community activities, engagement strategies, and event formats.

Experience in event hosting, PR, media, or community management. Familiarity with podcast or studio production environments. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or social media content creation.

Compensation:



Based on experience and skill set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
