Create and manage community events, webinars, workshops, or support circles (in-person or virtual).
Moderate discussions with empathy, ensuring safe and inclusive spaces.
Content & Communication
Collaborate with the content and clinical team to co-create engaging, informative, and trauma-informed posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
Respond to messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and respectful manner.
Gather feedback and community insights to inform programming and content strategy.
Partnerships & Advocacy
Collaborate with mental health advocates, content creators, and partner organizations to amplify awareness.
Help manage ambassador or volunteer programs, if applicable.
Brand Voice & Storytelling
Serve as the authentic voice of the brand in all community-facing conversations.
Highlight community success stories, testimonials, and lived experiences (with consent).
Qualifications
2+ years experience in community management, social media, outreach, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Empathy-driven with a deep understanding of mental health sensitivities.
Comfortable managing both social media and in-person community engagement.
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, therapy, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.) and basic analytics.
