Key Responsibilities:Restaurant Operations:

Oversee daily cafe operations including front-of-house and kitchen coordination. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering. Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency. Manage reservations, peak-hour crowd control, and customer satisfaction.

Team Management

Motivate the team to maintain a warm, welcoming environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
