Role Summary:
The Community Manager serves as the
primary point of contact for clients
, ensuring seamless onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing communication. This role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, facilitating support groups, and keeping progress dashboards updated.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding and act as the
single point of contact
throughout the engagement.
Facilitate and moderate
WhatsApp support groups
and provide access to the
Malkin Circle community
.
Organize
mentorship sessions
, weekly check-ins, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update
client progress dashboards
for transparency.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in
client servicing, community management, or relationship management
.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
modern AI-assisted development workflows
.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Standard:
Tue-Sat, 10:00-19:00 IST
(Asia/Kolkata).
Occasional
Mon/Sat evening
support during cohort weeks and office tours (comp-offs provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
DLF Ph-II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
