Key Responsibilities:

Community Building:

Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. Facilitating connections and networking opportunities. Organizing social events, workshops, and other community-building activities. Addressing member needs and concerns.

Operational Management:

Managing daily operations of the coworking space. Handling membership inquiries and onboarding new members. Ensuring the space is clean, well-maintained, and functional. Managing bookings and reservations. Overseeing the upkeep of equipment and amenities.

Marketing and Promotion:

Promoting the coworking space to attract new members. Managing the coworking space's online presence and social media. Creating marketing materials and content.
Essential Skills:

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are crucial for interacting with members, handling inquiries, and promoting the space.

Interpersonal Skills:

The ability to build rapport, connect with diverse individuals, and foster a sense of community is essential.

Organizational Skills:

Effective time management, prioritization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are necessary for managing the coworking space.

Problem-Solving Skills:

The ability to address member issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure the smooth operation of the space is important.

Knowledge of Coworking:

Understanding the trends, best practices, and unique needs of a coworking environment is beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
