We are seeking a dynamic and personable Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members. As a Community Manager, you will be the face of our co-working space, ensuring that our community is engaged, supported, and thriving.

Responsibilities:

Member Engagement

: Foster a strong sense of community by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities for members.

Onboarding

: Welcome new members, give tours of the space, and ensure they are familiar with all amenities and services.

Support

: Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any concerns or needs promptly and effectively.

Community Building

: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

Events Management

: Plan and execute community events, from casual meetups to professional workshops, ensuring they run smoothly and meet members' needs.

Space Management

: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully functional.

Social Media

: Manage social media accounts to promote events, share community highlights, and engage with members online.

Feedback

: Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously improve the community experience.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 0-1 year experienced candidate can apply. Female candidates are preferable. Candidates from Surat and nearby locations are allowed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for building and nurturing communities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
