About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Community Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the PG or hospitality industry, with a proven track record in event pre-planning, community engagement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and driving engagement through events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day community management and ensure smooth operations. Plan, organize, and execute community events, activities, and engagement programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and resident satisfaction. Monitor community feedback and implement improvements. Manage resources efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in PG/hospitality industry. Strong event pre-planning and execution skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, confident, and proactive personality. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Excellent resource management skills.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
