Key Responsibilities
Community Management:
Build, engage, and manage online/offline communities of homebuyers, investors, and prospects.
Organize site visits, and engagement activities to strengthen brand presence.
Respond to customer queries on social platforms, forums, and communities to build trust.
Act as a bridge between customers and the organization to ensure a transparent communication flow.
Pre-Sales:
Handle inbound calls to qualify leads and schedule site visits.
Explain project details, USPs, pricing, and offerings to prospective buyers.
Maintain CRM entries, follow up with leads, and nurture them until closure by the sales team.
Coordinate with sales teams to align community insights with sale strategies.
Ensure timely communication and a professional approach during customer interactions.
