Purpose Of The Job: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Density, a pioneering crypto derivatives exchange. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a vibrant community of crypto enthusiasts and traders from Bangalore, Delhi, Surat, and Mumbai. Responsibilities: Develop and implement community engagement strategies to attract traders and crypto enthusiasts to our platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trading communities in targeted cities. Create and manage online and offline events to promote our crypto derivatives exchange. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce engaging materials for the community. Respond to inquiries and provide support to community members promptly. Monitor social media channels and online forums to stay updated on community sentiment and address concerns. Encourage user-generated content and testimonials to promote our platform organically. Identify and onboard influential traders and crypto advocates as brand ambassadors. Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports to the management team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Community Manager or a similar role within the cryptocurrency or finance industry. Deep understanding of crypto derivatives trading and the crypto market. Strong existing network and connections with trading communities in Bangalore, Delhi, Surat, and Mumbai. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence potential users effectively. Proficient in using social media and community management tools. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Bachelor\'s degree in finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Open Positions - 02
