Role Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and professional Community Manager to oversee and grow our member community at our co-working space in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, driving member engagement, and ensuring smooth community operations both online and offline.Key Responsibilities:- Build, manage, and nurture a strong community of members within the co-working space.- Plan, coordinate, and host community events, networking sessions, and workshops.- Manage and moderate online community channels including WhatsApp groups, social media platforms, and email communications.- Engage regularly with members to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience.- Onboard new members and provide continuous support to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Gather feedback, analyze community engagement, and share reports with management.- Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and member engagement initiatives.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in community management, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in managing online platforms and social media channels.Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in co-working spaces, startups, or hospitality industries.- Work Location: Bangalore (ref:updazz.com)
