The Gryd, powered by Archiboon, is Coimbatore's first architecture-focused coworking and materials library. We aim to build a collaborative hub for architects, designers, and innovators. We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to lead engagement, events, and growth of our creative community.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for coworking memberships and events by coordinating with marketing agencies.
Host and manage events, workshops, and networking sessions with The Gryd & Archiboon.
Build strong relationships with members, ensuring engagement and retention.
Manage tours, onboarding, and feedback collection.
Act as the digital voice of the community, working with social media teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.Arch/design-related field preferred).
4-5 years of experience in community management, events, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfort working with social media and creative agencies.
