Proactively generate new leads, conduct informative property tours, and manage the sales pipeline to convert leads into members. Identify and execute upsell opportunities for additional services (meeting rooms, parking, events, etc.).
Community Management & Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, local businesses, and partners. Create an inclusive environment, gather feedback, and proactively resolve issues to ensure high member satisfaction.
Marketing & Partnerships:
Manage social media content and campaigns to boost brand visibility. Organize networking events, social gatherings, and forge strategic partnerships to drive awareness and footfall.
Administration:
Ensure smooth client onboarding and documentation. Monitor sales targets and conversions to support the space's revenue goals.
