The Community Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing parents. The role focuses on effectively managing admissions, resolving parent queries, building strong communication channels, and maintaining a positive relationship between the school and its community.
Key Responsibilities:Admissions Management
Handle the entire admissions lifecycle--from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Conduct school tours, counseling sessions, and follow-ups with prospective parents.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Parent Queries & Relationship Management
Respond promptly to parent concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding curriculum, school policies, events, and processes.
Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
Manage feedback systems and track parent concerns for continuous improvement.
Community Engagement
Build strong parent-school relationships through effective communication.
Support school events, orientations, and community programs.
Help create content/messages for parent communication channels (WhatsApp groups, newsletters, portals).
Administrative & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions metrics and parent engagement activities.
Assist in implementing communication SOPs and improving service quality.
Ensure compliance with school protocols during all parent interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive issues professionally.
Experience in school admissions or customer relationship roles preferred.
