Their duties include developing and implementing outreach strategies, organizing community events, acting as a bridge for communication, and gathering feedback to inform program improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with community members, stakeholders, and organizations through various communication channels such as social media, newsletters, or in-person meetings.
Event Management: Support or coordinate community events, workshops, or initiatives aimed at promoting engagement and support for organizational programs.
Communication & Advocacy: Act as an intermediary, conveying information, addressing concerns, and advocating for community needs within the organization.
Feedback & Reporting: Gather insights from the community and report on engagement metrics to help improve services and enhance community relations.
