Position Overview:

As a Community Lead Intern specializing in Shopping and Deals, your primary responsibility is to curate, manage, and engage the community within the designated Telegram channel/ Social Media Channels. You will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and interactive environment for users interested in shopping, discounts, and deals.

Responsibilities:

Content Curation: Source, curate, and post engaging and relevant content related to shopping, discounts, and deals. Ensure that all content aligns with the channel's theme and community interests. Community Engagement: Foster a positive and active community by interacting with members and responding to queries promptly. Encourage discussions, polls, and other interactive elements to enhance user engagement. Moderation: Monitor the channel for adherence to community guidelines and policies. Manage and resolve conflicts or issues within the community diplomatically. Deal Spotting: Stay updated on the latest shopping trends, discounts, and deals to share valuable information with the community. Collaborate with team members or external sources to identify and share exclusive deals. Polls and Surveys: Create polls and surveys to gather insights from the community regarding their preferences, feedback, and suggestions. Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, growth, and content effectiveness. Provide regular reports on channel performance and suggest improvements. Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to enhance the channel's reach and variety of content.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a moderator for Telegram channels/ Social Media Channels or similar platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce, shopping trends, and deal-hunting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret data. A passion for creating engaging and dynamic online communities.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
