Job Description

? Be the primary on-ground point of contact for guest interaction and social engagement

? Conduct & operate daily experiences such as local walks, food trails, treks, sightseeing tours,

and in-house activities, as planned

? Proactively create a sense of community by introducing guests, encouraging conversations,

and facilitating group interactions

? Represent the local culture, stories and hidden gems, acting as a local ambassador

? Coordinate with front desk teams to align guest itineraries and experience schedules

? Ensure guest safety and comfort during hosted activities, walks, and outdoor experiences

? Gather informal guest feedback and insights to help improve guest experiences

? Host in-house events such as game nights, bonfires, music sessions, or workshops

? Create and support content moments (stories, reels, photos) in collaboration with guests

? Uphold The Hosteller's brand values by delivering warm, inclusive and authentic hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
